Ed Bullock (Eyes that Shine), proprietor of The Little Bull who is of part Wampanoag decent, traveled extensively dancing and singing at many Pow Wows since the age of 5. In 1971, the Bullock family opened The Wandering Bull, a Native craft supplier, selling beads, leather, and books. Still up and running, The Wandering Bull is one of the largest suppliers on the East Coast.

In 1988, as a heart felt tribute to his father, Paul Bullock (Whirling Thunder), and as a natural extension of their affection for one another, The Little Bull was opened. The Little Bull is a combination of fine art gallery and contemporary trading post carrying a wide selection of handmade Native jewelry from New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado, as well as local jewelry from Maine and the Northeast. Ed Bullock travels to the southwest every spring to buy jewelry as well as pottery, Kachinas, sandpaintings, and artifacts. Local art such as baskets, flutes, pipes and drums are available on an ever changing basis. Music, books, cards, moccasins, herbs, incense and blankets are also found among the list of treasures.

To reinforce The Little Bull's commitment to cross-cultural understanding and Ed's passion for education, educational programs are offered to schools and organizations to teach others about Native life. Ed states, "I believe that the strength of this culture is the people. By operating The Little Bull I can help Native craftspeople find an outlet for their art, helping to keep it alive. The Indian Trader has always provided a vital link between Artist and Collector. I am proud to represent that role here at The Little Bull."
